Dave is the founder of Paradigm Shift Consulting Ltd, our sister company, leading a team of industry-leading Responsible Persons, who are ISO 9001: 2015 accredited to deliver training and quality management services to the pharmaceutical industry.
Paradigm Shift have supported major manufacturers and wholesale players in the UK, driving compliance and providing innovative licencing and supply chain solutions. Dave is a highly regarded expert in EU-GDP working with regulators on remedial cases and falsified medicines, and offering a range of training solutions as a Cogent Assured trainer.
Dave brings a wealth of experience, contacts and expertise to the team spanning broad areas of the UK healthcare system and, importantly, a winning culture and team spirit. He binds the group together, leading from, and with, a fantastic set of values – Paradigm Shift recently won the Northamptonshire Chamber of Commerce “Family Business of the Year 2021” award after 8 years in operation, but their first award entry.
Nik Sanghara

Nik Sanghara is an experienced Regulatory Affairs Manager, MHRA and Home Office registered Responsible Person and Pharmacist.
With over 20 years’ experience in the Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Industry, Nik has worked in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Wholesale and Community Pharmacy giving him a holistic view of the Supply Chain from API to patient.
Nik has a close working relationship with industry regulators including the MHRA, Home Office and GPhC and is registered with IRCA as a Pharmaceutical QMS Auditor.
Nik’s most recent work has been in the field of Medicinal Cannabis for Human Use (CBPM) and helping companies obtain the appropriate licences to practice in the UK.
